ISTC Shines in Countries Biggest National Level Skill Competition


Buzzing Chandigarh (Sandeep) Chandigarh  October 25, The Punjab Governor and Administrator, UT, Chandigarh, Sh. V.P. Singh Badnore congratulated the ISTC students and Sh. Narinder Singh Jassal, Principal ISTC who called on him at Raj Bhawan after winning the medals for their spectacular performance in India’s biggest skill competition, India Skill-2018. The country’s biggest skill competition ‘INDIA Skills -2018’ was held in Aero City, New Delhi this month  and more than 400 competitors from 27 different states participated in 45 different skills.  This competition was organized by Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) & National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).   It is a proud moment for ISTC that its 8 students were selected for National Level Skill Competition (India Skills-2018) for participating in 05 different Niche Skill trades Namely, Manufacturing Team Challenge, Polymechanics & Automation, CNC Milling, CNC Turning and Mobile Robotics.
