The Contractual employees  are suffering as Chandigarh administration has started advertising the posts of Guest Teachers , Lecturers,Clerks and other categories in Education,Higher Education and other departments in Municipal Corporation etc.  for regular appointments.  as there is no central guidelines for regularization of contractual employees since 25 years nor administration is adopting Regularization policy 2011 of  punjab as one time measure in the absence of central policy as Chandigarh follows punjab rules.
 
All Contractual Karamchari Sangh Condemn the lack of decision making of administration for not regularizing the services of Contract employees.
 
Presently the Outsourcing workers are also being exploited and discriminated by means of sacking their services in lieu of Change of tender or contractor by tendering through new web portal GeM in various departments by imposition of new term and conditions in qualification by administration or facing ingenuine demands by Contractors in terms of money to secure their services.Karamchari Sangh condemns the non security of existing outsourcing workers by administration.
 
Karamchari Sangh decided to protest to raise their voice and fight against this exploitation and discrimination of Contractual employees and Outsourcing workers by Chandigarh administration due to their lack of decision making and for No Political Will to resolve their issues in larger interest of public to resolve the issues.
 
*The demands of All Contractual Karamchari Sangh,U.T.,Chandigarh are as under:-*
 
*1. Non- Replacement of existing Outsourcing workers in lieu of Change of tender through GeM-  . Sacked employees be reinstated.
 
*2.Non- Advertisement of the sanctioned vacant posts of JBT,TGT,Clerks on which Guest Teachers,Contract Teachers and Clerks are Working- Regularization Policy of Punjab 2011 be implemented.
 
*3. Implementation of the Gazetted Notification of Govt. Of India in the year 2014 and Hon’ble High Court Judgment  and GOI letter 4th Sept 2019 granting ” Equal Work – Equal Pay in PGI.
 
 *4.Grant of Sanction for Data Entry Operators and Equal Work – Equal Pay or D.C rates to all categories of Staff working under N.H.M Scheme.*
 
 *5.Disbursement of revised DC rates salary and arrears to sanitation staff of M/s Lions Company under M.C w.e.f 2018-19.*
 
*6.Disbursement of Salary in DC rates to all Staff in Central Institute of Hotel Management,Sector -42,Chandigarh.*
 
*7.Delay in Disbursement of Salary & Not Joining of all Staff on Outsourcing in GRIID ,Sector 31,Chandigarh.
 
*8. Decrease in salary ( DC rates ) of Lab Attendent in Schools and Colleges.Previous salary be Reinstated.
 
*9. Equal Work – Equal Pay to D.C rates employees in Education Department.*
 
*10. D.C rates and Medical Facility be given to Mid Meal Workers and Staff and Asha Workers in U.T.,Chandigarh.
